

Re-ran the update (KB4020102), scanned drivers outdated, new, etc., all is good. Further, I went back to the previous version of Win 10.no dice. USB port, I hooked up my Samsung Galaxy to the port in "mass storage mode" and it works fine. Recent auto update from Win 10 fixed that, now it does not work. The device, a survey data collector, Carlson Explorer 600 (JET), has worked flawlessly on a USB port with cable for some time, like multiple years and is heavily used.
